Alok Singh

Alok Singh is a Principal Program Manager in the Business Application Group R&D at Microsoft, where they oversee initiatives aimed at enhancing customer success with Dynamics 365. Previously, Alok held positions as a Senior Consultant at Neudesic Technologies Pvt Ltd and as a Business Analyst for the Dynamics Customer Success Management Strategy at Microsoft. They also contributed to the development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and co-authored a book on marketing automation. Alok graduated with an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, achieving First Class with Distinction.
