Aman Takhar

Aman Takhar has a diverse background in program management and learning and development, with significant experience at Microsoft from August 2018. As a Business Program Manager, Aman administered and developed enterprise programs to enhance digital transformation for Microsoft Stores, while also leading the creation of training content for enterprise customers. In prior roles, including Skilling Strategy Manager and Learning and Development Specialist, Aman supervised learning experiences for 3,500 associates and conducted performance analysis to drive improvement. Additionally, as a Learning Specialist, Aman directed the onboarding process and maintained extensive product knowledge for Microsoft retail offerings. Earlier experience at Best Buy Canada included positions such as Media Specialist and Department Manager for Gaming and Digital Audio from October 2006 to July 2010.
