Amrita Prasad is the Director of AI Transformation Advisory for Asia and EMEA at Microsoft, leveraging over four years of leadership experience in SaaS and HR technology to enable organizations to embrace AI-driven solutions for employee engagement and performance management. Previously, Amrita served as the Head of GLINT Strategy and Growth at LinkedIn, where they played a crucial role in scaling SaaS businesses across the APAC region and creating synergies between LinkedIn and Microsoft. Amrita's background includes notable positions at IBM and Willis Towers Watson, focusing on employee insights, talent, and rewards. Currently, Amrita is pursuing an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management while also obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Madras.
