Andrew Leach

Andrew Leach is a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, currently focused on the Viva Insights team, where they aim to enhance productivity and wellbeing for individuals and organizations. Previously, Andrew served as a Program Manager in various roles at Microsoft, including developing social features for Microsoft Access and overseeing Product Growth and Analytics for the Office Platform. They began their career with internships at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and Innovative Decisions, Inc., where they contributed to process improvement and natural language processing projects, respectively. Andrew holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering with a concentration in Software and Information Engineering from the University of Virginia.
