Andrew Nielsen is a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant at Microsoft with over 12 years of experience in the field. Previously, Andrew worked as a Network Administrator at Colorado Engineering Inc, where they integrated NIST security controls and managed IT operations. As a Lead Cloud Systems Engineer at Parsons Corporation, Andrew supported multiple teams in managing AWS accounts and implemented essential security controls. Andrew holds a Master’s of Engineering in Cybersecurity and is currently pursuing a PhD in Cybersecurity at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
