Andy Mutz has over twenty years of experience in leading, designing, and delivering reliable software for businesses and consumers. They have a solid track record of transforming ideas into working software products, specializing in scalable server applications, mobile solutions, and image processing. Andy held key roles at several prominent companies, including founding director at Codesta, CTO at scanR, Inc and BeyondCore, and most recently, Partner GM at Microsoft. Andy is currently the CTO of Customer Experience and Support at Microsoft. They earned their S.B. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from Caltech.
