Anthony E. Ciesla is currently a Principal Silicon Engineer at Microsoft, a position they hold since 2023. Previously, they worked at Intel Corporation in various roles including Micro-architecture Research, PDK & Design Automation, and CPU Development from 2015 to 2019. Anthony also gained experience at IBM between 2011 and 2013 in Design Automation Development & Support, as well as in Fractional-N Digital PLL and CPU & SoC Physical Design Engineering. They hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and SUNY New Paltz, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
