Anusha Reddy Kotha

Anusha Reddy Kotha is a Senior Design Engineer at Microsoft, specializing in design for test and championing technical women’s engagement. With over 5 years of expertise in hardware and mixed signal design, Anusha previously worked as a Senior SoC Design Engineer at Intel and held various positions at Tesla, including roles as a Design Engineer and Automation Intern. Anusha holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, where they also mentored young women in STEM. Passionate about diversity and technology, Anusha actively participates in initiatives that support inclusion in engineering.
