April Chen is currently the Director of Responsible AI Measurement at Microsoft, a role they began in 2024. They also held roles as a Data Scientist at Mattersight Corporation and as an Advanced Analytics Consultant at Slalom Consulting. April's academic background includes a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, where they also worked as a Research Assistant.
