Archana Wagh

Archana Wagh is currently the Americas Time Zone Lead for Global Customer Fulfillment at Microsoft, where they leverage extensive experience in program and resource management, process optimization, and risk management. Previously, Archana held auditor roles at International Paper and Ensco plc before serving as a Senior IT Auditor at Emdeon. They contributed to process management at Capital One, where they advanced through various leadership positions in risk and digital payment operations. Archana earned a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
