Arnaud Gagne is a Senior Cloud Solution Architect with a robust background in IT infrastructure and cloud solutions. Beginning their career as a network administrator at Steria, they later advanced to roles such as system engineer at Prosodie, where they specialized in Microsoft infrastructure and private cloud implementations. With experience at Microsoft as both a Customer Success Engineer and PFE Exchange, Arnaud currently focuses on enhancing customer messaging environments.
