Asif Valley

Asif Valley is the National Technology Officer at Microsoft, where they are responsible for modeling the company's technology vision and driving digital transformation strategies. With a career spanning several decades, they have held leadership roles at Oracle and IBM, including Director for Southern and Central Africa, and various management positions influencing the growth of IT markets across Africa. Prior to joining Microsoft, Asif served as Managing Director at Kwetliso Group, significantly impacting the South African IT landscape. They also co-founded the Black Information Technology Empowerment Consortium to advocate for small black IT companies.
