Barbara Kim

Barbara Kim is the Director of Copilot and Microsoft 365 Growth at Microsoft, where they lead the Microsoft 365 and Copilot Frontline Marketing Team. They have a strong background in product marketing, strategic planning, and monetization, previously holding roles such as Senior Lead Product Marketing Manager for Microsoft Mesh and Public Sector Strategic Planner for Microsoft 365. Barbara's career also includes experience as an Analyst in Venture Capital at Mentors Capital and various product management positions at Microsoft. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics Marketing Management from The Wharton School. Outside of work, Barbara consults for start-ups and non-profits to implement impactful planning into their operations.
