Becky Lowe is a seasoned Sr. Learning & Development Consultant with extensive experience in managing multiple projects and adapting to business changes. Previously, Becky held various roles at Fastenal, Microsoft, and Amazon, where they excelled at designing and implementing training programs, conducting needs analyses, and fostering employee development. Becky has successfully managed large-scale learning events and cultivated stakeholder relationships while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Currently, Becky is pursuing a BBA in General Business and an MBA at Stephen F. Austin State University.
