Ben Gilbert is currently the ANZ Head of Legal at Microsoft, leading a team of lawyers in providing strategic legal advice on cloud and AI matters. Previously, Ben served as Senior Corporate Counsel and Principal Corporate Counsel, supporting various complex projects across the Asia region. Before joining Microsoft, Ben worked as a Solicitor at Chapman Tripp, where they advised on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and compliance matters. Ben holds a first-class LLB (Hons) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Waikato.
