Ben Nick

Ben Nick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Microsoft, serving in various roles since August 2000. Currently a Senior Program Manager on the Azure C&E Security Team, Ben focuses on defining security features and requirements for cloud malware detection. Previous positions include Senior Security Program Manager for the Trustworthy Computing PKI team, where responsibilities included enhancing Microsoft products' security through Public Key Infrastructure and Cryptography, managing expert boards, and ensuring compliance. As Program Manager II for Windows Security and Identity, Ben handled cryptography and PKI technologies such as BitLocker and Cryptography APIs. Early career experience includes an internship as a Program Manager for the Windows Networking Team, where Ben developed a feature for a network diagnostic agent included in the Windows operating system. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
