Berit Herstad

Berit Herstad is a Principal Design Manager at Microsoft Development Center Norway, where they manage a team within the Microsoft 365 Core team and collaborate with global partners on multiple projects. Previously, Berit held roles as a UX Designer and Design Manager at TANDBERG, as well as working with FAST Search and Transfer before joining Microsoft. Berit has extensive experience in user experience design, having contributed to key projects like SharePoint and Microsoft Search. Berit holds a Master's Degree in Product Design Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Master's in Management and Economics from Handelshøyskolen BI.
