Beth Henderson

Beth Henderson is currently the Pro Bono Director at Microsoft, where they oversee the strategy, budget, and operations of the company's pro bono program, collaborating with various stakeholders and partners to enhance global opportunities. Previously, they served as an attorney on the Global Migration Team at Microsoft, managing immigration compliance and project initiatives, and worked as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Justice. Henderson has also held positions at Steel, Doebley & Glassman, P.C. and Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, focusing on immigration law. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Lewis and Clark College and a Juris Doctor from Temple University.
