Bill Tsai

Bill Tsai is a Senior Director at Microsoft, specializing in Cloud & AI Platforms and focusing on helping customers achieve business outcomes through digital transformation. They previously held positions at the Chinese School of Delaware as Vice Principal, where they significantly increased student enrollment and revamped the curriculum. With a robust background in technology, Bill served as a lead developer and consultant for Baltimore Gas & Electric and held various roles at Microsoft, including Enterprise Solutions Specialist and Partner Technology Strategist. Bill has also contributed to the community as Vice Chair of the Chinese American Community Center in Delaware. They hold a BS in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.
