Byron Smith

Byron Smith is currently the Director and Chief of Staff for Sales Operations at Microsoft, where they lead the sales operations team and manage the budget and investment processes. With an extensive background in sales operations and product management spanning over 15 years, Byron has contributed to significant projects such as the Microsoft Points loyalty program and has been involved in digital transformations. They have previously held leadership roles at Microsoft, including Director of Sales Operations and Group Manager for Bing Merchant Support. Byron earned an MBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and has lectured at UT-Austin.
