Caitlin Cummings

Caitlin Cummings is currently the Chief of Staff to the Chief Scientist in the Experiences and Devices team at Microsoft, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this position, Caitlin worked as a Senior Strategist in the E+D's Office of Applied Research and gained valuable experience as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2016 to 2018. Caitlin's diverse background also includes roles in corporate strategy and policy at various organizations, including the U.S. Department of Justice and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, as well as leadership in program operations at Smartly by Pedago. Caitlin received their degree from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
