Carl Mekala

Carl Mekala is currently the Head of Product at Microsoft, where they manage a global team of product managers focused on developing Microsoft Copilot and its Researcher agent. With approximately 20 years of experience, Carl has previously held key positions at Amazon, where they contributed significantly to the Alexa product line, and at Philips Healthcare, where they led engineering teams in developing innovative medical devices. Carl also served as an IT consultant during their time at the University of Notre Dame and holds an MBA from the same institution. Throughout their career, they have been recognized with multiple awards for excellence in team leadership and product innovation.
