Carla began their career in IT at Initiative Media, later transitioning through several companies before joining Microsoft, where they have made significant contributions in modern work and cloud technology. They hold a degree in Engineering Physics from the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
