Carlo Vargas

Carlo Vargas is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in hyper-scale energy strategy and solutions. Currently a Senior Project Manager at Microsoft, Carlo focuses on energy supply and infrastructure development for datacenter growth. Previously, Carlo held roles as a Project Manager at Duke Energy Corporation, leading electric solution development for large power customers, and at Lincotek Surface Solutions, where they developed materials for the aerospace industry. Carlo earned a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a Mathematics minor from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
