Carlos Quesada

Support Engineer

Carlos Quesada has extensive experience in various roles within business solutions and customer service. Currently, Carlos serves as a Lead Generator at F4 NearShore Business Solutions and a Customer Service Representative at F4 call center since January 2016. Prior to this, Carlos worked as a Surveyor at CUSTOMER SPEAK from January 2006 to October 2013, and as an Export Coordinator at CP Ships from January 1995 to February 2005. Carlos also has experience in export documentation with Maersk Group in early 1995 and as a lead generator for XDBS in 2016. Additionally, Carlos has been recognized as a CSS Team Award Winner while working as a Support Engineer at Microsoft since July 2017. Freelancing as an English translator and interpreter since 2016, Carlos holds a Technical Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Instituto Tecnico de Adm de Empresas ITAN, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
