Caroline Iurillo

Caroline Iurillo is a Senior Data Scientist at Microsoft, where they have been employed since 2019. Previously, they served as a Data Scientist II at Microsoft CSEO, where they developed models to predict HVAC ramp-up times and enhance marketing strategies through cross-sell and up-sell predictions. Caroline completed a Bachelor of Science in Systems and Information Engineering at the University of Virginia in 2014 and gained early experience as a Data Scientist Intern at Microsoft in 2013. At present, they utilize machine learning techniques to inform targeted marketing efforts and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
