Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Lumen Technologies leading quality and analytics, and a distinguished career as Chief Technical Officer in the Indian Air Force, overseeing critical missions and technical asset management. Cecil holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and various certifications in project management and quality engineering.
