Chao L. has a robust background in finance and business management, beginning their career as a Financial Analyst at Kimberly-Clark from 2005 to 2008, and later serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Starbucks Coffee Company until 2011. Chao then advanced to Microsoft Corporation, where they held various positions, culminating as Finance Manager from 2011 to 2021, before their current role as Director of Business Management.
