Charisa Burkhead, MBA, is currently an FTC Architect and Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, where they focus on enabling enterprises to maximize value from Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Microsoft 365 stack. With a strong background in systems engineering, they previously worked at Walmart Stores, Inc. and held several technical roles at Microsoft, providing trusted guidance on Office 365 deployments. Charisa holds an MBA from Webster University and a B.BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Mississippi.
