Charlotte Tang

Charlotte Tang is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience at Microsoft since 2015, currently serving as Principal Design Manager for Microsoft Teams Frontline Workers solutions. Tang has led various design teams within Microsoft, emphasizing research-driven, customer-focused solutions across multiple industries including healthcare, finance, and government. This role includes collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and managing initiatives like Microsoft Viva Insights to enhance employee experiences through innovative design. Prior to Microsoft, Tang held key design roles at Climax Media Inc., Espresso, and Imaginahome Inc., contributing to significant projects and achieving high standards in UI/UX design. Charlotte Tang holds an Honours B.A. with Distinction in New Media Studies from the University of Toronto.
