Cheryl Deloughery, P.E. is a critical infrastructure professional and organizational leader with over 24 years of experience in the military and engineering sectors. Retiring as a senior military leader, Cheryl analyzed and resolved complex problems while managing multi-million dollar infrastructure portfolios across diverse environments. With a Master’s degree in Public Administration and additional advanced studies in military strategy, Cheryl currently serves as Director of Prepositioning & Early Works at Microsoft, continuing to build high-performing teams and foster talent development. Cheryl’s background reflects a commitment to adaptability and resilience in both personal and professional endeavors.
