Chris Sharrock

Chris Sharrock is currently the Vice President of UN Affairs and International Organisations at Microsoft, where they lead the company's engagement with the United Nations and other international organisations. Previously, Chris served as the UK’s Permanent Representative to the OECD and held various roles at HM Treasury, including Deputy Director of Debt and Reserves Management and Chief Economist at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. Chris's background also includes teaching English literature in UK schools and contributing to economic and financial policy in the Private Office of the Chancellor of the Exchequer. They hold a BA in English Language and Literature from The University of Manchester and an MSc in Economics from Birkbeck College, University of London.
