Christopher DePalma is currently the Director of the Field and Partner Center of Excellence at Microsoft, where they lead a global team focused on innovative programs that enhance solution selling and revenue generation within the Microsoft Partner channel. Previously, they held roles such as Application Development Manager and Senior IT Program/Project Manager at CNA Insurance, where they managed technology strategies and complex project lifecycles. Christopher also served as Senior Program Manager for M365 Modern Workplace, supporting cross-functional teams and driving successful outcomes for Microsoft Services. They earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering and Information Systems from DePaul University.
