Chuck Edward

Chuck Edward has spent more than 15 years with Microsoft in HR leadership and talent acquisition roles. He joined the company in 2004 as a Senior HR Director, and was promoted to General Manager in 2008. He became Global Head of Talent Acquisition in 2014. Prior to joining Microsoft, Chuck was AVP of HR with Cigna, and before that was an HR Director for the Chicago Tribune Media Group. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MA in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota.
