Crystal Jones

Crystal Jones is a Senior Support Delivery Program Manager at Microsoft, where they manage Disability Answer Desk operations. Previously, Crystal worked as a Management and Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Education from 2011 to 2015 and held various roles at Microsoft, including Escalation Engineer and Support Delivery PM. Their early career also included internships with the National Council on Independent Living and the American Association of People with Disabilities in 2011. Crystal earned a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of South Florida from 2009 to 2011.
