Support Escalation Engineer

Daniel Bora has extensive experience in information technology and systems management. From August 2006 to August 2011, Daniel worked as an Analyst Programmer at the Romanian Border Police in Timisoara, focusing on database management and software upgrades. Subsequently, Daniel held various roles at Atos, including System Administrator and Technical Team Lead, from March 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities included system installations, customer requirements analysis, and server migration. In December 2021, Daniel joined Microsoft as a Technical Support Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Support Escalation Engineer until September 2025. Daniel's educational background includes degrees in Informatică and Management from Politehnica University of Timisoara and Universitatea „Tibiscus” din Timișoara.
