Daniel Vargas Montero has extensive experience in technical support and solutions, having worked at DXC Technology as a Technical Solutions Con II from October 2017 to August 2020, followed by a role as a Routing Specialist at Data Glove Inc. - Part of Persistent Systems from August 2020 to March 2022. Since April 2022, Daniel has been employed as a Technical Support Engineer at Microsoft. Daniel holds three bachelor's degrees from Universidad Cenfotec in Information Technology and in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services, as well as from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in Network and System Administration/Administrator.
