Danielle Decatur

Danielle Decatur is an experienced leader in environmental sustainability and community resilience, currently serving as the Director of Environmental Justice at Microsoft, where they develop strategies to enhance climate resilience and equity in under-resourced communities. They have held various prominent roles, including a Managing Consultant at IBM and a Project Assistance Coordinator at FEMA, where they managed substantial grants post-Hurricane Katrina. Danielle is also a Board Member of the 3rd Creek Foundation, driving organizational strategy for social impact. They earned a BS in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Global MBA focused on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
