Danielle Pow is a strategic thought leader and creative problem solver currently pursuing a BA in Economics at Columbia University. With extensive experience at Microsoft, Danielle has held roles as Director of Business Management & Executive Communications for Microsoft Game Studios and Director of Operations and Communications, where they focused on change management and project management during organizational restructuring. Prior to Microsoft, they served as Communications Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company, leading internal communications initiatives and developing strategic communication plans for global store operations.
