Daphne Hwang is a seasoned leader in customer service and support operations, currently serving as the Worldwide Support Leader for Azure Security, Identity & Management at Microsoft since September 2006. Hwang possesses extensive experience managing large teams, including overseeing more than 250 employees in Azure core IaaS operations across Asia, and achieving significant growth and employee morale during challenging times. Hwang has led major customer service initiatives, optimizing delivery across multiple languages and regions, and has successfully driven diversity and employee engagement strategies. Prior roles include Customer Reference Program Manager at Oracle and Senior Analyst at Polaris Securities Group, complemented by educational qualifications from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and National Taiwan University.
