With a background at Fulton County Schools as a high school administrator and principal, Darren transitioned into roles at Microsoft, including Sr. Customer Success Account Manager and Sr. Modern Work Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities focused on driving product adoption in K-12 and higher education settings. Further experience includes serving as Transformation Leadership Coordinator for the Georgia Department of Education and as a Professional Learning Specialist with the Northwest Council for Computer Education.
