David Phillips

David Phillips is a Director Security Specialist at Microsoft, where they assist Public Sector customers in securing their cloud services and networks. Previously, they served as a Principal Program Manager and Cyber Security Solution Specialist, contributing to the empowerment of Microsoft customers against emerging threats. With prior experience as a Cryptologic Technician in the US Navy and a Program Manager with the Navy Network Warfare Command, David has developed a strong foundation in cybersecurity and program management. They hold an IT Management degree from American Military University, which complements their extensive skills in enterprise software and systems engineering.
