Deena McCloskey is a seasoned communications leader with extensive experience in executive communications and employee engagement within high-tech enterprises. They have held significant roles at Microsoft, including Executive Communications Director, where they strategized to enhance the voice of the Enterprise Commercial organization and empowered over 5,000 employees. Additionally, Deena served as a Senior Communications Consultant, managing various communication strategies and projects, and has also led strategic initiatives at Worktank and YNV Group. Currently, Deena is pursuing a Certificate in Business Administration at the University of Newcastle, alongside other degrees in Economics & Psychology from Wellesley College and Design from Harvard University.
