Deepthi Kapila

Deepthi Kapila is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and business management, currently serving as the eCommerce Leader (Sr. Director) for Microsoft Store Americas since July 2016. Prior to this role, Deepthi held various positions at Microsoft, including Strategy Intern, Strategy Analyst, and Business Manager. Deepthi's earlier experience includes a tenure as a Software Consultant and Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. An MBA graduate from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, Deepthi also holds a B.E. from Osmania University and has a strong foundation in strategy and data analytics developed over a career that began in 2004.
