Derek Martin

Derek Martin is a Principal Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, steering the Azure Core Global team with a focus on enhancing global resiliency and validation. Prior to this role, Derek held various positions at Microsoft, including Senior Technology Solutions Professional and Azure Architect, and served as CIO at The Doodle Project. With experience as a Consultant at Slalom Consulting and Director of Information Technology at Choctaw Electric Cooperative, Derek has built a diverse background in IT project implementation and management. Derek earned a degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University, alongside studies in Math and History.
