Dibyendu Dey, PhD, is a Principal Engineer at Microsoft with over 15 years of expertise in silicon debug and post-silicon validation. They architected Microsoft’s post-silicon validation software and led foundational debug tools that enabled first-silicon bring-up for the Cobalt project.
