Diego Baca

Diego Baca is a Partner Director of Design at Microsoft, where they manage a team of 45 designers responsible for the design of Microsoft Windows 11 and the Microsoft Store. With over 15 years of design experience, Diego has held various positions at Microsoft, including Principal Design Manager and Principal Design Director, leading multiple teams in creating impactful design solutions for products such as Microsoft Windows, Office, and Bing. Diego also founded TapTapWorks, an iPhone development startup, and has worked as a freelance graphic designer for numerous clients. They hold a BA in Psychology and Chemistry from Whitman College and multiple degrees from the University of the Arts London, including an MA in Graphic Design.
