Dina Ezzat is the Head of Talent Acquisition at ITWorx, where they focus on enhancing recruitment strategies and building diverse and inclusive teams. With over 15 years of experience in HR operations, Dina has previously held significant roles at Microsoft, including MEA External Staff HR Operations Manager, where they led various HR initiatives across multiple regions. Dina is passionate about strategic planning and improving department efficiencies to meet organizational staffing needs. They hold a Bachelor's Degree from the Faculty of Law and are continuing their education at Sainte Famille.
