Dr. Jochen Engelhardt, LL.M. is an experienced Assistant General Counsel with a strong focus on AI, technology, cloud services, and data protection. They built and led diverse legal teams at Microsoft from 2006 to 2020, serving in various key roles, including Head of Legal for CEMA and CEE. Previously, they were a Senior Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 1998 to 2002. Dr. Engelhardt is currently pursuing further education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
