Eric K. is a Senior Federal Modern Service Management Consultant at Microsoft, where they analyze and advise on modern Service Management best practices to aid digital transformation for clients. Prior to Microsoft, Eric worked at Accenture Federal Services as an Engineering Design and Support Services Manager, overseeing significant technical consulting projects for government customers. They served in various roles at NATO, including IS Engineer and Senior Project Manager, where they managed service management processes for multiple commands. Eric began their career at California Polytechnic State University as a Network Analyst, designing and implementing Active Directory services for the campus. They hold an MSc in IT Management and are pursuing further education at Capella University.
